Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SharePoint / Excel Developer to support business operations reporting and collaboration initiatives within a growing biotechnology organization. This role will focus on developing and maintaining SharePoint-based solutions advanced Excel reporting tools workflow automation and data management systems that support cross-functional teams including R&D Quality Regulatory Affairs and Finance.

The ideal candidate combines strong Microsoft 365 technical expertise with the ability to understand business processes in a regulated biotech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain SharePoint Online sites document libraries lists forms and workflows
Build advanced Excel-based solutions including dashboards automation tools templates and reporting models
Develop automated workflows using Power Automate and integrate with Microsoft 365 applications
Create and maintain Power BI reports and data visualizations for operational and executive reporting
Support document management version control and collaboration processes in regulated environments
Develop VBA macros Power Query transformations and Excel automation solutions
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Maintain data integrity security permissions and compliance standards across SharePoint environments
Troubleshoot system issues optimize performance and provide end-user support and training
Participate in system upgrades migrations and process improvement initiatives
Document technical specifications workflows and user procedures
