Schedule: 1st Shift MondayFriday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Sewing Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team in Tupelo MS. This position is responsible for operating industrial sewing equipment to produce quality products while maintaining production standards and safety requirements.

Candidates MUST have previous sewing experience.
Manufacturing or industrial sewing experience is strongly preferred.

Candidates should be comfortable operating a sewing machine and working in a production environment. Applicants without previous sewing experience will not be considered for this position.

• Operate industrial sewing machines safely and efficiently.
• Sew and assemble materials according to production specifications.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Follow production instructions patterns and specifications.
• Maintain consistent production and quality standards.
• Identify defects or issues with materials or finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work effectively as part of a manufacturing team.
• Meet daily production expectations and deadlines.

• MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SEWING EXPERIENCE.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Experience operating industrial sewing equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce consistent quality work.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
