Sewer Repairer Supervisor

SEWER REPAIRER SUPERVISOR - TOWNSHIP OF ROCKAWAY

Under direction supervises and works with a group of employees engaged in cleaning construction maintenance and repair of sanitary sewers pump stations billing site plan approvals etc. does other related duties as required.

Additional responsibilities of the Supervisor of Sewer Repairer include learning the Townships sewer system. May direct and ensure the closing and opening of streets to locate problem areas for repairs.

The applicant must have three (4) years experience in the installation repair and maintenance of and/or in varied plumbing work and/or in the operation and maintenance of sewer maintenance equipment on year of which shall have been in a lead worker capacity. At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a relevant capacity is required. The qualified candidate must also hold a C2 License W1 is desired but not required. Candidates must possess a valid drivers license with a clean driving history. A valid CDL is preferred with endorsements. If selected candidate does not possess a CDL one must be obtained within 6 months of hire date with an air brake endorsement. This position requires the applicant to be available on call as needed.

Salary Range $43100-$106000
