As a Part Time Office Receptionist you would be asked to assist office teammates and all customers by handling office tasks providing polite and professional assistance via phone and e-mail and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform fundamental daily administrative tasks to assist the office team
- Office Receptionist/ Answer Phones
- Perform detailed and accurate data entry
- Assist other departments as needed
Position Requirements
- High school diploma/GED (preferred)
- Office Hours 10am-2pm Monday-Friday
- Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
This is a role in a fast-paced office environment. Answer Customer Phone Calls. Customer Service is VERY Important. Some note taking required which would require the ability to write and spell correctly.

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
