As a Flex Services Technician youll be the go-to expert installing repairing testing and servicing a wide range of systems and communication technologies. Youll solve problems keep clients running smoothly and help build the digital infrastructure of tomorrow.

What Youll Do

- Diagnosing and repairing hardware and peripheral issues using the most efficient cost-effective solutions to minimize client downtime.

- Installing and testing hardware ensuring everything works flawlessly and following any specialized instructions.

- Completing all required technical documentation for billing product returns and compliance.

- Supporting Insights depot programs such as Hot Swap andRepair

What Were Looking For

- IT-related certificate or diploma

- 25 years of troubleshooting or IT support experience

- Strong communication organizational customer service and problem-solving skills

- A certification (preferred)

-Previous experience working as certifiedHP Dell or Lenovo technician(preferred)
