About This Opportunity

Ericssons Network Services Construction and Engineering organization is seeking a Services Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Plano this role you will support Ericsson Customer Units across Market Area Americas by helping shape customer-focused services opportunities and commercially sound proposals for network construction engineering deployment and related telecommunications services.

You will work alongside experienced professionals in business development sales solution architecture commercial management and services delivery gaining hands-on experience translating customer requirements into scalable service offerings. This position is designed for professionals with 25 years of relevant industry experience who are eager to grow in telecommunications services and business operations.

What You Will Do

• Assist in preparing RFx responses customer proposals statements of work and commercial documentation.
• Support development of customer solutions related to network construction engineering deployment and managed services.
• Organize and document technical operational financial and commercial information to support business cases.
• Collaborate with sales solution architects project delivery sourcing and finance teams on opportunity development.
• Contribute to scope development pricing support risk analysis and delivery feasibility assessments.
• Help develop bills of materials delivery models and commercial inputs aligned with customer requirements.
• Track action items risks dependencies and decisions throughout the proposal lifecycle.
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to proposal quality and sales support processes.

The Skills You Bring

• Bachelors degree in business engineering telecommunications IT computer science finance or a related field.
• 25 years of experience in telecommunications network services technical sales support or project coordination.
• Strong analytical organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting customer-facing proposals RFx responses or commercial activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel PowerPoint and Word.
• Familiarity with RFx processes pricing methodologies or services business development is a plus.
• Understanding of telecommunications technologies (RAN transport indoor cellular or network operations) is a plus.

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including but not limited to location and the candidates combination of job-related knowledge qualifications skills education training and experience.

Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan:Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the units objectives individual performance and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Your Financial Security

We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. The Ericsson US 401(k) Plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and Ericsson match $1 for every $1 you put into the 401(k) Plan on the first 3% of your eligible pay plus 50 cents on every $1 on the next 2% of eligible pay. When you contribute at least 5% of eligible pay you are receiving Ericssons full matching contributions of 4%. Matching and company automatic contributions stop when your total eligible pay for the year reaches the IRS limits. Employees will also receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost of basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage as well as short-term and long-term disability coverage. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericssons Stock Purchase Plan.

Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation up to 3 personal days per year 11 annual holidays 8 hours of volunteer time and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employees start date. Furthermore Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
