Job Summary
Essential Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering Supply Chain Logistics Field Services Commercial and other Gas Power functions to ensure Services launch readiness quality delivery and alignment with business financial objectives.
Own Services readiness for NPI programs and fleet issues including field tooling training repair development product/service manuals field procedures Approval to Quote (ATQ) documentation and Installation & Commissioning (I&C) readiness.
Develop and execute investment and industrialization strategies for new repairs manufacturing/service capabilities and Level 2 and Level 3 service facility upgrades in partnership with AAJV and other key stakeholders.
Lead repair field-fix RAM and CM&U (customization modification and upgrade) programs driving execution against safety quality delivery and cost (SQDC) objectives.
Own and drive improvement of fleet reliability and availability metrics including MTBFO by partnering with CSLs Reliability Engineering and other functions to address systemic product and fleet issues.
Lead implementation and fleet compliance for Service Bulletins (SB) and Product Bulletins (PB); support parts forecasting for critical service actions based on regional events and fleet requirements.
Partner with MYA and Commercial teams to develop service commercial models cost catalogs ATAs repair-cost assumptions scrap-rate expectations maintenance intervals and related commercial strategies; manage customer communications regarding significant fleet issues.
Support the NPI pipeline and program execution including resource and P&E requirements manufacturing and sourcing risks supplier/parts obsolescence and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) reduction initiatives; provide updates on key quality and execution workstreams through established operating rhythms.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or a related discipline.
Minimum of 8 years of cumulative relevant experience including at least 5 years of experience with gas turbine technology or a similar industry and at least 4 years in a leadership role within a product line engineering or program/project management.
