Role Description:
Core Architecture Responsibilities Platform & Domain Design Scalable Blueprints: Translates high-level business needs into technical blueprints covering Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Total Productive Services Management (TPSM) core platform features data schemas security models and system integrations.
Technical Governance: Establishes and enforces design standards ensuring that development teams do not build overly customized solutions that could break during future ServiceNow upgrades.
Ecosystem Alignment: Acts as the bridge between client stakeholders third-party software vendors and internal IT teams to keep all dependent software systems synchronized.
Leads the overall ServiceNow solution architecture and translates business requirements into a scalable SPM TPSM platform data security and integration design.
Provides design governance validates technical decisions and maintains alignment across client vendor and dependent systems.
