Job Summary (ServiceNow Source to Pay Developer)
- Develop and configure ServiceNow Source-to-Pay (S2P) workflows including requisition approvals purchasing and fulfillment.
- Build and maintain service catalog items forms and procurement workflow solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Automate procurement processes using Flow Designer scripting (JavaScript) and platform tools.
- Create manage and support integrations with ERP/finance systems (REST/SOAP IntegrationHub).
- Ensure seamless supplier asset and procurement-related data flows.
- Troubleshoot test and support ServiceNow deployments enhancements and ongoing operations.
- Collaborate with architects and business process consultants to deliver scalable business-aligned solutions.
- Utilize strong knowledge of JavaScript ServiceNow scripting and platform configuration.
- Leverage experience in procurement or Source-to-Pay workflows as well as integration and API development.
- Preferred: Experience with ERP/procurement systems (SAP Oracle) asset/vendor/supply chain processes and workflow optimization.
- Required certifications: ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator); ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) preferred.
- Success measured by delivering reliable scalable procurement automation reducing manual effort improving efficiency and ensuring strong business alignment.
