Salary Range: $100000 to $150000/Annum benefits
Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ServiceNow ITSM integrations.
Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications.
Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs SOAP APIs webhooks IntegrationHub and MID Server.
Configure and support IntegrationHub spokes Flow Designer REST/SOAP integrations Import Sets and Transform Maps.
Integrate ServiceNow ITSM with monitoring event management CMDB asset management identity cloud and other enterprise platforms.
Support integrations for Incident Problem Change Request Knowledge and Configuration Management processes.
Analyze integration requirements and define appropriate integration architecture and data flows.
Map data fields between ServiceNow and external applications.
Configure authentication mechanisms such as OAuth basic authentication certificates and API keys.
Troubleshoot integration failures data synchronization issues API errors and performance problems.
