- ServiceNow Module Development
- Design develop and implement ServiceNow workflow applications to support business and technical workflows.
- Configure ServiceNow applications forms and workflows based on stakeholder requirements.
- Ensure modules are accurately documented.
- Maintain a log of developed and deployed modules for audit and tracking purposes.
- Ensure compliance with federal IT standards and site-specific requirements.
- Provide operations support for deployed Service Now Applications and modules.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- (2) years of directly relevant Service Now development/administration experience
