• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Engineering or related field.

• 5 years of ServiceNow development experience.

• Relevant ServiceNow Certifications: CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer)

• Proven ability to translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and workflows.

• Experience gathering business requirements and managing competing priorities.

• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.

• Experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow platform development.

• Experience with Flow Designer Automation Engine and platform automation capabilities.

• Experience designing and supporting integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience collaborating across geographically distributed teams.

Up to 5% travel as required.

• Experience with HRSD ITSM CSM ITOM SPM or GRC.

• Knowledge of NowCreate and ServiceNow implementation best practices.

• Experience serving as a Product Owner Solution Consultant.

• Knowledge of Virtual Agent Now Assist/Otto and Performance Analytics.

• Experience with Generative AI predictive analytics and Agentic AI capabilities.

• Experience with Azure AWS or GCP.

• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday Salesforce Microsoft technologies and other enterprise platforms.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps Git CI/CD pipelines and release management practices.

• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders.

• Effectively prioritize and manage the ServiceNow backlog.

• Deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions that solve business challenges.

• Improve business processes through automation and platform capabilities.

• Balance strategic product ownership responsibilities with hands-on technical development.

Drive adoption and value realization across the ServiceNow platform.

The estimated base salary for this job is $100000 - $135000 USD. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors including but not limited to specific skills or certifications years of experience market changes and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Hurons annual incentive compensation program which reflects Hurons pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity the total estimated compensation range for this job is $112000 - $159300 USD. The job is also eligible to participate in Hurons benefit plans which include medical dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
