About the Role:
Triunity Software is looking for a talented ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team in Mississauga AB. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge enterprise solutions building and optimizing the ServiceNow platform for clients who rely on it every day. Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement ServiceNow applications modules and platform customizations
- Build and maintain workflows business rules UI policies and client/server-side scripts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and manage ServiceNow integrations using REST SOAP and other APIs
- Perform platform upgrades patching and ongoing maintenance activities
- Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues and incidents
Requirements:
- 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Experience with ITSM ITOM or other ServiceNow modules
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP API integrations within the ServiceNow platform
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Compensation: $100000.00 - $110000.00 per year
