Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design develop and enhance scalable solutions across the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on secure API integrations custom application development intuitive user experiences and IT Service Management (ITSM).

Experience with additional ServiceNow modules platform domains AI and automation is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop test deploy and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements.
• Build secure and reliable integrations using REST SOAP webhooks IntegrationHub MID Server and related technologies.
• Develop scripted REST APIs Business Rules Script Includes Client Scripts UI Policies and Flow Designer workflows.
• Configure and extend ITSM capabilities including:
  • Incident Management
  • Problem Management
  • Change Management
  • Request Management
  • Knowledge Management
  • Service Catalog
  • CMDB
• Create intuitive and accessible user experiences across Employee Center Service Portal Workspaces forms catalogs and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders product owners architects and support teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex ServiceNow platform integration data and performance issues.
• Follow development standards security controls automated testing code review source control and release-management practices.
• Develop reusable components and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades releases and ongoing platform improvements.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for AI automation and process optimization.
