About the Role:
Triunity Software is looking for a talented ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team in Minneapolis MN. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge enterprise solutions building and optimizing the ServiceNow platform for clients who depend on seamless digital workflows. Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement ServiceNow applications modules and platform enhancements
- Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows forms UI policies business rules and client scripts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub
- Perform platform upgrades patching and ongoing maintenance to ensure system stability
- Create and manage ServiceNow reports dashboards and performance analytics
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow environment
Requirements:
- 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and Glide scripting within ServiceNow
- Experience with ITSM ITOM HRSD or other ServiceNow modules
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- Detail-oriented problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement
Compensation: $100000.00 - $110000.00 per year
