• Real Earning Potential ($72K$110K): Starting base pay begins at $72000 for experienced techs paired with a transparent performance-driven path to reach six figures ($110000).

• Troubleshoot & Diagnose: Respond to residential and light commercial calls for heating failures loss of domestic hot water frozen or leaking lines boiler faults and plumbing malfunctions.

• Present Clear Options: Educate customers on their systems clearly explaining the difference between immediate repairs system optimization and full replacement solutions.

• Execute High-Quality Repairs: Perform clean code-compliant repairs and installations across boilers furnaces radiant floor systems water heaters and domestic plumbing lines.

• Leverage Modern Technology: Utilize digital field software on company-provided tablets to manage dispatches track parts document system diagnostics and process work orders seamlessly.

• Uphold Safety & Cleanliness: Treat every home with total respect by using floor protection maintaining a clean work area and strictly adhering to OSHA and company safety standards.

• Trade Experience: 1 years of hands-on experience in residential or light commercial heating hydronics or plumbing service.

• Mechanical Problem Solver: A logical diagnostic mindset with a drive to learn new equipment lines and cross-train across complementary trades.

• Customer-Centric Communication: Clear courteous communication skills with the ability to build trust with homeowners during stressful emergency calls.

• Field Logistics: Valid drivers license with a clean driving history and the ability to lift 50 lbs and work comfortably on jobsites crawl spaces and mechanical rooms.

• Professional Standards: Ability to pass a standard pre-employment background check and drug screen.
