As an Automotive Technician at STORE NAME you will:
Diagnose and repair BRAND(S) and other vehicles using manufacturer procedures and advanced diagnostic tools
Perform pre-delivery inspections to ensure new vehicles meet dealership quality standards
Conduct routine maintenance including oil changes brake service fluid exchanges tire rotations and multi-point inspections
Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment
Provide accurate service recommendations to service advisors and customers
Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology
Pay Structure: HOURLY/FLAT-RATE RANGE based on experience and certifications
Weekly or Bi-Weekly Pay (select one based on store practices)

Accurately diagnose vehicle issues using experience tools and BRAND manufacturer procedures
Perform routine maintenance repairs and multi-point inspections
Complete pre-delivery inspections for retail and new inventory vehicles
Maintain clean safe workspaces and follow all shop safety standards
Complete accurate repair documentation and comply with dealership and manufacturer guidelines
Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers when needed
Assist with shop organization parts inventory needs and team support
Participate in required training sessions and service meetings
High school diploma or GED required; technical training or college degree preferred
Minimum X YEARS of experience in a dealership or high-volume repair facility
ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic ability
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to lift up to X lbs bend kneel and work in various conditions
