JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in the service repair and inspection of Anderreamers.
- Support the service of NOV ReedHycalog Anderreamers in accordance with established procedures and specifications.
- Safely operate shop equipment including Torquemaster cranes and forklifts in compliance with HSE requirements.
- Complete required documentation and data entry throughout the service process.
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on equipment as required.
- Maintain 5S standards and housekeeping in the work area.
- Communicate with management regarding equipment issues tool condition product concerns inspection findings and HSEQ matters.
- Develop a strong understanding of the repair process to support production and quality objectives.
- Follow all specifications procedures customer requirements and QC inspection standards.
- Participate in training and facility HSE programs.
- Work standard shifts and overtime as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by lead personnel and management.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an oilfield shop environment with QC inspection experience required.
