Service Porter

Briarwood Ford is seeking a reliable and motivated Service Porter to join our team in Saline MI. As a Service Porter you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our service department while providing excellent customer service to our clients.

• Transport vehicles between service bays customer parking areas and other locations on the lot safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service lot parking areas and service department.
• Assist technicians by delivering tools parts and materials as needed.
• Wash and vacuum vehicles to ensure they meet Briarwood Fords standards before returning them to customers.
• Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers and team members.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and dealership policies.

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks including lifting and walking for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience as a porter or in a similar role is a plus but not required.
