Service Manager Heavy Equipment

Growing $60M Heavy Equipment Distributor/Dealer seeking a talented Service Manager. This company sells and rents high qualityearthmoving compaction paving and milling machines crushing and screening equipment trailers and material handling equipment. This position will manage a team of 9 Field Technicians and 3 Shop Technicians to service and repair large heavy equipment on site and in the field. This position reports to the President. • Must have a deep knowledge of heavy equipment - maintenance and repair (mining construction road buildingequipment systems engines and components).
• HS Diploma or GED technical vocational trade school education is preferred
• Must have 3-5 years experience in shop management
• Must have good communication skills organizational skills management skills and computer skills.
• Base 90-120k base with $10K potentialbonus andgood health benefits 401k etc. Company car with everything included.
