Service Dispatcher

dormakaba is seeking a Service Dispatcher based in Dallas TX. The Service Dispatcher is responsible for taking customer orders assigning Service Technicians and ensuring that service jobs are billed in a customer friendly manner.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Hourly Salary $20 - $27 (Salary to be determined by the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

• Field and route incoming customer calls and emails to Service Technicians
• Enter call orders into the service tracking system
• Dispatch service calls to Service Technicians and follow up to ensure all aspects of the service process are completed accurately
• Complete data entry related to customer accounts and transactions

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1 years experience in customer service
  
  

• 1 years experience as a dispatcher
• 1 years experience with accounts receivable or billing
