Service Coordinator

Job Summary:The Service Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for the Service Departmentby answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers. Appointment scheduling answering common questionsand interacting with customers are the primary daily functions. We are searching for someone who is willing to learn interacts cordiallywith customers and coworkers has ateam-oriented mindset and has the ability to handle multiple demands at once.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Answersand returnsService Department phone calls

• Respondsto commonly asked questions from customers

• Schedulesservice appointments via phone and in person

• Providesexceptional customer service interactionswith all customers

• Performs other dealership tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• An understanding of basic automotive functions and parts

• Ability and willingness to learn

• A positive and professional attitudewhen interacting with both customers and coworkers

• Capable ofmulti-tasking and prioritizing a variety of duties

• Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience

• Automotive experience

• High School Diploma / GED
