We are looking for a sharp organized mechanically curious Service Coordinator Trainee to join a growing specialty and municipal truck dealership in Cleveland. Youll train directly alongside an experienced Service Coordinator and learn how to keep a busy service department running smoothly.

Youll gain hands-on experience with technician dispatch repair scheduling customer communication work orders parts coordination field service and dealership ERP systems while learning the ins and outs of municipal truck repair.

Previous experience in a truck or automotive dealership service department dispatch fleet maintenance parts or repair environment is helpful but not required.
