Service Advisor

Busam Ford in Wilmington is looking for a smart experienced Service Advisor who knows how a great service department should operate and wants to help lead one.

Were a family-owned Ford dealership not a giant corporate auto group. Were growing investing in our operation and working toward a brand-new dealership facility. Were looking for an experienced Service Advisor who can become a key part of that growth.

We want someone who understands the business.

Someone who can build trust with customers communicate confidently with technicians recognize opportunities keep work moving through the shop and help create the kind of service experience that keeps customers coming back.

You should be comfortable:

• Managing customers from write-up through vehicle delivery
• Clearly explaining maintenance and repair recommendations
• Building estimates and presenting needed repairs professionally
• Following up with customers and keeping them informed
• Working closely with technicians parts warranty and management
• Managing multiple repair orders without losing the details
• Recognizing legitimate sales opportunities without high-pressure tactics
• Helping improve processes CSI productivity and department performance
• Taking ownership when something doesnt go exactly as planned
• Being a leader in the department regardless of the title on your business card

Were looking for automotive service experience intelligence organization professionalism and drive.

You dont need someone standing over your shoulder telling you what needs done next. You understand that a strong Service Advisor is part salesperson part problem-solver part traffic controller and most importantly the customers advocate inside the dealership.
