Les Stumpf Ford has been trusted in the community for over 100 yearsand were looking for a full time Service Advisor to join our team. We are committed to growing our Service Department with a forward thinking dedicated Service Advisor with the drive and passion to continue building on a solid foundation while maintaining a positive customer service first attitude.

What Youll Do

Greet customers in our Service Drive and perform walk around inspection on the customer vehicle

Record proper vehicle and customer information

Actively listen and record customer concerns

Accurately relay vehicle updates with customer via phone text or email

Provide excellent customer service during customer visit and follow up

Provide an active delivery process of vehicle upon customer arrival for vehicle pick up

Positive communication between Service team members

Maintain clean organized work area

What Were Looking For

Excellent communication skills

Customer service oriented

Valid drivers license required

Basic computer skills

Reliable team-oriented mindset

3 years of experience
