Yellowstone Clubs Food & Beverage department is currently seeking candidates for a Food Server for the upcoming winter season!

Responsibilities Include:

• Take and servefood and beverageorders
• Know the F&B sequence of service and follow it each time when approaching atable
• Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and presentation
• Present menus assist and guide members and guests to select food and/or beverages
• Maintain a clean organized dining room and workstation
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned byleadership
• Maintain table settings cleanliness and service throughout the course of the meal

Position Requirements:

• Six (6) months of restaurant service experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant resort or private club required.
• Applicant must complete a pre-employment background check.
• The employee is frequentlyrequired to lift up to 40 pounds (i.e. plates trays buffet equipment tables and chairs).

The position offered is a seasonal position located in Big Sky Montana.
