THE BASICS

• Serve as an ambassador of our mission culture and core values in every guest interaction
• Develop a deep knowledge of our food beverage and seasonal menu offerings
• Create genuine connections with guests at the table and bar while anticipating their needs throughout the dining experience
• Confidently guide guests through the menu by offering thoughtful food and beverage recommendations that enhance their experience
• Deliver exceptional hospitality with warmth attentiveness and professionalism
• Maintain compliance with all health safety sanitation and food handling standards
• Complete opening mid-shift and closing responsibilities to ensure the restaurant remains fully stocked clean and organized
• Participate in ongoing training and development to strengthen menu knowledge service standards and operational excellence
• Work collaboratively with all team members to create a positive efficient and team-oriented environment
• Maintain a strong sense of urgency while delivering accurate and detail-oriented service
• Uphold presentation and cleanliness standards in all guest-facing and service areas at all times
