Job Summary
The Server plays a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive knowledgeable and genuine service to members and YOULL DOAs part of the Front of House Service team your essential functions and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Provide exceptional hospitality and service throughout all interactions with members and guests consistently anticipating needs and exceeding food and beverages in dining outlets on-course and during events in a professional and timely dining areas for service including cleaning setting and resetting tables and service and accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system and ensure proper account and deliver food and beverage items in accordance with service and presentation cleanliness and sanitation of work areas equipment and service daily side work opening and closing responsibilities including basic accounting tasks as guest needs throughout the dining experience and respond promptly and organize move supplies and assist with furniture or room resets as special events banquets and club functions as to all Dormie Network policies procedures safety and food handling additional duties as needed to support the Food and Beverage collaboratively with all employees to support an efficient and positive team greet members guests and fellow employees with professionalism enthusiasm and a willingness to YOU AREDemonstrates a service-first mindset and supports a hospitality-driven culture aligned with Club standards in all member and guest the ability to engage members and guests with warmth awareness and genuine clearly and professionally both verbally and in strong organizational and time management skills in supporting daily food and beverage service prioritizes tasks in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure service sound judgment and practical problem-solving skills to routine service independently within assigned responsibilities while contributing to a collaborative and efficient team strong knowledge of food and beverage service professionalism reliability and confidentiality in all interactions and assigned to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings weekends holidays and varying shifts based on Club operations and member RESPONSIBILITIESNoneEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or equivalent of two years of experience in food and beverage service or a related hospitality setting AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTSProlonged periods of standing and to bend stretch twist and turn in service and kitchen to visually inspect food beverages and service areas for quality and to lift and carry up to 25 to communicate effectively with to operate a point-of-sale system and standard service ACCOMMODATIONSDormie Network is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities to enable them to perform the essential functions of this position.
