Server Part-time

Part Time 20-25 hours a week. Must be available Weekends and some evenings during the week!

Position Responsibilities (Include but not limited to)

• Prepare the dining room for meal service including table setup and stocking service areas

• Serve meals beverages and desserts to residents in a timely and courteous manner

• Clear and reset tables during and after meal service

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining and service areas

• Assist with meal service preparation and closing duties

• Follow all food safety sanitation and infection control procedures

• Foster positive relationships with residents and team members

• Ensure resident satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and concerns

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 15 years old

• Previous customer service hospitality or food service experience preferred but not required

Compensation and Benefits

Starting pay: $15.00 per hour (Base pay in range will be determined by applicants skills and experience)

• Interact with senior residents and guests take and deliver food orders in a timely manner following company standards and ensure everyone is happy with their meal.
• Work with kitchen staff assist with bussing and resetting tables remove dirty dishes dispose of trash and restock inventory as needed.
