This gaming lounge serves high energy; chef driven food made with quality ingredients alongside a large selection of local craft beers and elevated server will wait on tables promptly courteously and to serve our guests with a genuine :Knowledge of the dining have full familiarity with menus and beverage guests when entering the restaurant with a pleasant smile and superior customer orders and answer questions/offer suggestions on both food and beverage menu selections and daily with culinary team regarding meal requirements allergies dietary needs and special transaction in MICROS system at time of order and adhere to cash handling in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or accurate check to guest and process cleanliness of work areas throughout the station set-up and break-down and complete all other side work duties as tables are set up properly including polishing and cleaning to guests according to Omni Moments of Service pleasant smile and greet all guests using surnames when clear and reset service the hotel from liability with regard to over serving any other duties as assigned by the restaurant managerQualifications:Minimum 1-year serving experience high volume sports/live entertainment bar experience have unexpired Food Handlers and TABC or obtain upon knowledge of wine spirits and beer with experienceselling and presenting specialty mixed cash handling experiences to clearly and pleasantly communicate both verbally and in writing in English with guests management and to accurately and efficiently input information into to handle stressful situations while maintaining a calm and welcoming to work cohesively with co-workers both within and outside of your to prioritize organize and follow up on guest requests and needs in a fast-paced customer service service recovery and problem-solving be able to work a variety of shifts including weekends and lift carry push pull and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without requires frequent bending reaching overhead twisting and consistent use of hands and be able to stand and walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift in indoor/outdoor environments.
