Job Summary

Server - Lalla Oceanside

Pay: $16.90 per hour tips.
Schedule: Part-time.
Shifts: 4:00 PM to close. Thursday-Sundays Required.

Join our team at Lalla Oceanside! Were looking for a friendly upbeat and hardworking Server who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

What Youll Do:

Provide excellent attentive service to guests.
Take accurate food and beverage orders.
Deliver food and drinks efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
Work collaboratively with front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
Handle multiple tables while maintaining a positive attitude.
Communicate guest dietary restrictions and ensure accuracy with orders.
Demonstrate knowledge of menu items including wine beer and cocktails.
Confidently upsell food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience.

What Were Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of serving experience (required).
Bubbly upbeat personality with strong customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic and team-player mindset.
Reliable and punctual.
Knowledge of alcohol wine and cocktails with the ability to make recommendations.
Comfortable with suggestive selling and upselling techniques.
Attention to detail especially regarding food allergies and guest safety.
RBS Certification and Food Handler Certification required shortly after hire.
