At The Evergreen Inn part of Agemark Senior Living we believe dining is more than a mealits an experience. As a Server youll help create a warm welcoming atmosphere while building meaningful connections with the residents you serve every day.

Schedule:
This full-time position offers consistent hours and includes a combination of morning midday and evening shifts based on the needs of the community. Team members should be available to work any of the following shifts:

• 6:30 AM 3:00 PM
• 11:00 AM 7:30 PM
• 4:00 PM 8:00 PM

What Youll Do

• Greet residents with a smile and take meal orders

• Serve food and beverages in a friendly efficient manner

• Assist with set-up clean-up and restocking supplies

• Support community events and special dining experiences

• Maintain a clean and safe dining environment

What Were Looking For

• Previous serving or hospitality experience is helpful but well train the right person

• A positive attitude a strong work ethic and a genuine love for helping others

• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

• Flexibility to work some evenings weekends and holidays
