Grass Clippings located in Tempe AZ is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Server Busser Host Bartender Barback! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn contribute and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

If you do not know about Grass Clippings look it up. We are a premier public golf course with the only fully lit course for night golf. Our tournaments are featured on ESPN. Our Bi-weekly farmers market is a neighborhood go to. And we are a prime destination for corporate events. Key Responsibilities:
- Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating.
- Describes specials of the day to the guests. Answers questions regarding any menu item and offers suggestions of menu items when appropriate.
- Takes food and beverage orders from guests and delivers food to guests promptly after preparation.
- Fills and re-fills water glasses and removes any place settings not being used.
- Clears dishes located in front of guest upon completion of course.
- Clears and resets tables when guests leave to include but not limited to: changes tablecloth brushes chairs places chairs at table replaces silverware and glassware and replaces napkins.
- Stocks bar mixes and serves alcoholic beverages assists in cost control inventory and maintaining inventory records.
- Assists & supports in inventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products. Communicates with management in a timely manner when supplies are needed.
- Performs opening and closing duties which include but are not limited to: inventory cash control cleaning and restocking.
- Accountable for checks and cash transactions. Utilizes Point of Sales System.
- Welcomes each guest with a friendly greeting and escorts to their assigned table
- Seats guests in station rotation while maintaining guest lists and following/enforcing check issue procedures
- Retains knowledge of all menu items prices and general service procedures
