Server Assistant

As a Busser/Server Assistant youll ensure tables are turned quickly and the restaurant maintains top-notch cleanliness supporting our servers and bartenders.

Responsibilities:

• Clear and reset tables efficiently ensuring cleanliness and readiness for the next guests.
• Collaborate with servers and bartenders assisting with service flow and promptly addressing guest needs.
• Maintain overall restaurant cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere focusing on floor table and restroom upkeep.
• Show attention to detail anticipating guest needs and ensuring a smooth dining experience.
• Work quickly and efficiently to turn tables during peak dining times accommodating new parties.
• Offer support during busy periods fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Previous experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a strong work ethic are valued.
• Passion for providing exceptional service and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment turning tables promptly.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays. Evening shifts typically begin at 4:30 or 5:00.
