Founded in 2020 and backed by $44M in Series B funding the remote team of about 80 has helped customers power more than $85 billion in new home loans.

Loancrate is hiring Senior and Staff Software Engineers to help lead the team building the future of home buying in the US. You will ship code to production on day one and within your first month take on a mission-critical project such as architecting and launching multi-step AI agents that customers use to digitize their lending workflows.

• Architect build and launch complex multi-step AI agents for mortgage workflows.
• Own full-stack features from design through deployment across a TypeScript React and stack.
• Design scalable services on AWS (ECS RDS ElastiCache Kafka ElasticSearch).
• Lead technical decisions and raise the engineering bar for a fast-growing remote team.
• Communicate openly about trade-offs and learn quickly from production decisions.

• 5 years as a senior-level software engineer
• Full-stack web application development from design through deployment
• Production TypeScript React and
• Experience building on AWS
• Comfort working remotely during US hours

• AI agent or LLM product experience
• Fintech lending or regulated-workflow software
