SeniorStaff Full Stack Engineer

Join an engineering team building AI/ML software for life sciences and drug discovery. You will create foundational product systems that help researchers work through complex scientific workflows and support growing enterprise demand.

• Build new product features and systems across the frontend and backend.
• Design develop and own scalable backend services APIs and data pipelines across application identity storage and machine learning layers.
• Ship code in fast-moving development cycles and contribute to production systems early.
• Work with engineering product design and AI science colleagues to turn scientific workflows into intuitive high-performance software.
• Own features from development through deployment iteration and scaling with a focus on customer value.

• 10 or more years of professional full-stack or backend engineering experience.
• Experience building products at early-stage or high-growth startups and owning production systems used by customers.
• Strong proficiency with Python and React plus experience with backend services REST APIs scalable systems databases and data-intensive applications.
• Familiarity with Django GraphQL SQL and cloud infrastructure such as AWS GCP or Azure.
• A bachelors degree in computer science STEM or a related technical field or equivalent technical grounding.
• Curiosity about life sciences drug discovery or computational biology and the ability to collaborate effectively in a communicative in-person team.

Base salary: $175000 to $220000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
