Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Go Developer with 9 years of software development experience and at least 6 years of hands-on GoLang development experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend engineering microservices architecture cloud-native development and modern frontend development using React.

Required Experience

• 9 years of overall software development experience.
• 6 years of hands-on experience with GoLang development.
• 6 years of experience with Python development.
• 6 years of experience with and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Strong experience designing and building scalable high-performance microservices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain scalable backend applications using GoLang.
• Build RESTful APIs gRPC services and microservices architectures.
• Develop automation integrations and backend services using Python.
• Create responsive and user-friendly web applications using .
• Architect cloud-native solutions and participate in technical design discussions.
• Optimize application performance reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Required Technical Skills

• GoLang (6 years) Goroutines Channels Concurrency REST APIs gRPC Microservices.
• Python (6 years) API development automation scripting.
• (6 years) Hooks State Management TypeScript.
• Strong proficiency in Data Structures Algorithms and Design Patterns.
• Experience with PostgreSQL MySQL MongoDB Redis.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with AWS Azure or GCP.
• Knowledge of Kafka RabbitMQ or similar messaging systems.
• Experience with Git Jenkins GitHub Actions or other CI/CD tools.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus Grafana and ELK.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture.
• Knowledge of GraphQL.
• Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code.
• Exposure to OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing.
• Prior experience leading teams or owning technical delivery.

Education

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
