Senior Warehouse Associate Bulk Driver Reach Operator (#d290)

You will support efficient inbound and outbound warehouse operations to ensure goods move accurately and safely for the client. You will work onsite on the day shift at the LA Gateway Warehouse and collaborate with warehouse leads drivers and warehouse operations teams to meet KPIs and customer requirements.

• Receive and inspect goods: offload/load vehicles check paperwork weigh/measure book in freight and report discrepancies or damages
• Operate material handling equipment including stand-up and sit-down forklifts reach trucks and hand jacks
• Palletize stretch-wrap or band cargo and prepare outbound loads (labeling ULD preparation matching paperwork)
• Accurately sign Bills of Lading verify counts and stage cargo safely and orderly in the warehouse
• Use warehouse booking-in sheets or the Warehouse Management System to maintain organization and inventory accuracy
• Perform general housekeeping weekly bond checks and maintain perimeter security and DFT procedures
• Assist with training new staff and contribute to SOP development and process improvement
• Handle bonded import freight and breakdown inbound ULDs as required

• Minimum 6 months of previous C.H. Robinson warehouse operations experience
• Be at least 18 years old and have good physical stamina; ability to stand/walk long periods and lift up to 50 lbs periodically
• Ability to work flexible hours and/or days and meet location-established KPIs
• Experience operating reach trucks and other warehouse equipment

• Previous external warehouse or freight forwarder experience
• Familiarity with Bills of Lading Shipping Manifests Delivery Orders
• Ability to speak Spanish
