As aSenior UX Designeron the Stores UX team you will help shape the future of the Target in-store experience by designing solutions that connect guest needs with the operational realities of our stores.Youlltackle complex ambiguous problems that span digital and physical experiences creating intuitive scalablesolutionsthatsimultaneouslyspark joy and ease forgueststeammembersandstoreleaders.

In this roleyoullpartner closely with Product Engineering Research Data Science Store Operations and business leaders to deeply understand user needs define opportunities and deliver thoughtful experiences from strategy through execution.Youllbalance human-centered design with operational excellence using research data and systems thinking to influence product direction and elevate the quality of our experiences.

As an Senior designeryoullcontribute to large cross-functional initiatives while helping raise the quality of design across the organization through mentorship collaboration and advocacy for UX best practices.Youllbe expected to navigate ambiguity influence without authority and bring clarity to complex challenges thatimpactguests team members and the business.
