About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join a cross-functional team responsible for Helix our design system and the user experience across three SaaS products: Amino Sonar and Proline.

This role covers the full range of UX practice. You will take on product design work alongside the team and bring a specialized focus on AI/UX defining how our products communicate and behave when artificial intelligence is involved.

AI/UX is your area of depth not your only responsibility.

What Youll Be Responsible For

Product Design

  • Own UX design work across Amino Sonar and Proline: flows wireframes interaction specs and design reviews
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and validate interaction decisions
  • Participate in design critiques and contribute to design quality across the team
  • Plan and support usability testing prototype validation and design feedback sessions to identify friction validate assumptions and improve product decisions

AI/UX

  • Design interaction patterns for human-AI workflows: trust signals confidence indicators uncertainty communication and progressive disclosure of AI reasoning
  • Extend Helix with AI-specific components covering processing states error handling feedback loops and explainability surfaces
  • Partner with product and engineering teams integrating AI features to establish UX guardrails and reusable patterns
  • Review AI-driven features across products and identify where the experience breaks down or erodes user trust
  • Track emerging AI UX research and translate relevant findings into practical patterns for the team
