Senior UKG Integrations Developer (Boomi)

Location: Baton Rouge LA (Initial Remote relocation required within 1 month if requested)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UKG integration architecture and strategy discussions.
• Design develop test deploy and support enterprise-level integrations.
• Hybrid functional technical SME
• Create integration specifications mapping documents and error-handling frameworks.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide client-facing support.
• Work closely with HR Payroll and business stakeholders.

Must-Have Requirements

• 10 years of UKG/Kronos implementation and integration experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in UKG Pro UKG Dimensions and/or Workforce Central (WFC).
• Expert-level Dell Boomi (AtomSphere) experience including process design API integrations connectors monitoring error handling and performance tuning.
• Dell Boomi Professional Developer Certification (Mandatory).
• Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs XML JSON XSLT SFTP CSV and flat-file integrations.
• Experience designing real-time batch and event-driven integrations.
