Job Description

  • Lead and execute financial due diligence engagements related to mergers acquisitions and divestitures
  • Analyze Quality of Earnings working capital net debt and transaction-related risks
  • Manage engagement timelines deliverables and communication with clients and internal teams
  • Review and coach junior team members on analyses and reporting
  • Collaborate with tax audit and advisory teams on integrated transaction engagements
  • Support practice growth through client relationships proposals and deal execution

Qualifications

  • Accounting Finance or related field
  • CPA or progress toward CPA strongly preferred
  • Relevant experience of public accounting transaction advisory or related experience
