Active Top Secret/SCI with the ability to successfully pass a Polygraph examination.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead planning design development and execution of comprehensive test strategies.
• Develop and maintain automated and manual test cases for web-based and enterprise applications.
• Partner with software developers systems engineers and stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Perform functional integration regression system and performance testing.
• Identify document prioritize and track software defects through resolution.
• Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated testing into DevSecOps workflows.
• Champion testing best practices across the team.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements that enhance software quality and program success.

Basic Qualifications:

• US citizenship is required per contract.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or related field and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience.
• 8 years of software testing or quality engineering experience.
• Experience testing enterprise applications throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes.
• Experience developing automated test solutions.
• Knowledge of functional integration regression system and performance testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate results and issues to technical and non-technical customer stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (i.e. Playwright Cypress etc.) and scripting languages (JavaScript Python).
• Familiarity with enterprise applications and large-scale systems.
• Experience with API UI database and performance testing.
• Knowledge of cloud-native applications and containerized environments.
• Certifications such as ISTQB CASTP CAST CSTE Security or similar.
