Senior Test and Commissioning Engineer

Join us in Pittsburgh PA as a Test & Commissioning (T&C) Engineer and help deliver nextgeneration onboard systems that drive the future of rail.

• Plan execute and supervise testing and commissioning of onboard systems on rail vehicles ensuring compliance with operational safety and performance standards.
• Support validation and integration testing of signaling control communications and onboard subsystems.
• Troubleshoot system integration issues collaborating with design and development teams to resolve root causes.
• Document results track nonconformities propose corrective actions and capture lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
• Enforce safety environmental and quality standards throughout all phases of testing and commissioning.

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Electronics Electromechanical Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in testing and commissioning within rail or transportation systems.
• Strong analytical thinking root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with electrical and diagnostic tools and experience troubleshooting hardware/software integration issues.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative customer-focused mindset with flexibility to travel work nights weekends and holidays when needed and adaptable to changing project needs.

• Effective resolution of system integration issues and nonconformities ensuring operational readiness.
• Consistent adherence to safety regulatory and quality standards throughout all testing and commissioning activities.
