Summary
Senior Technical Program Manager responsible for leading large-scale cross-functional technology programs supporting supply chain logistics and product lifecycle systems. Drives end-to-end execution ensuring delivery of complex initiatives that enable operational continuity and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multi-workstream technology programs with defined scope timelines and deliverables.
• Own end-to-end program execution including planning scheduling dependency management and risk mitigation.
• Deliver enterprise systems supporting distribution centers logistics operations transportation and retail networks.
• Collaborate with engineering logistics transportation real estate and operations teams to align execution plans.
• Manage delivery across Agile Waterfall and hybrid methodologies.
• Track and communicate program status risks and milestones to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve execution risks bottlenecks and dependencies in critical environments.
• Drive cost optimization automation and modernization initiatives.
• Maintain program governance using tools such as JIRA Confluence and enterprise PM platforms.

Required Qualifications

• 812 years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles.
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional technology programs.
• Strong execution capabilities in planning forecasting and risk/issue management.
• Experience with supply chain and logistics systems (WMS OMS Inventory Management PLM).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams vendors and business units.
