Summary
Senior Technical Program Manager responsible for leading large-scale cross-functional technology programs supporting supply chain logistics and product lifecycle systems. Drives end-to-end execution ensuring delivery of complex initiatives that enable operational continuity and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-workstream technology programs with defined scope timelines and deliverables.
- Own end-to-end program execution including planning scheduling dependency management and risk mitigation.
- Deliver enterprise systems supporting distribution centers logistics operations transportation and retail networks.
- Collaborate with engineering logistics transportation real estate and operations teams to align execution plans.
- Manage delivery across Agile Waterfall and hybrid methodologies.
- Track and communicate program status risks and milestones to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve execution risks bottlenecks and dependencies in critical environments.
- Drive cost optimization automation and modernization initiatives.
- Maintain program governance using tools such as JIRA Confluence and enterprise PM platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 812 years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles.
- Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional technology programs.
- Strong execution capabilities in planning forecasting and risk/issue management.
- Experience with supply chain and logistics systems (WMS OMS Inventory Management PLM).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating across multiple teams vendors and business units.
