• Analyze user requirements concept of operations (CONOPS) documents and high-level system architectures to develop comprehensive system requirements specifications.
• Analyze system requirements and lead system design and development activities.
• Guide users in defining and refining requirements advise on alternative approaches and conduct feasibility studies to support effective technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership in the integration of requirements system design and emerging technologies.
• Incorporate new plans designs and systems into ongoing operations while ensuring alignment with established technical and operational objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including system architecture and system design documentation.
• Guide system development and implementation planning through the assessment and preparation of Systems Engineering
• Management Plans (SEMPs) system integration plans and test plans.
• Interface directly with the Government on Systems Engineering technical considerations including associated problems issues and conflicts.
• Maintain ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity quality and completeness of work performed and deliverables within the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.
• Collaborate with program personnel Government stakeholders and overseers and senior executives to communicate technical considerations status risks and solutions.

• Twenty (20) years of Systems Engineering experience on programs of similar scope type and complexity with demonstrated expertise in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.
• Bachelors degree in systems engineering Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Science Engineering Management or a related discipline from an accredited institution; in lieu of a degree an additional five (5) years of relevant Systems Engineering experience may be substituted.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with current polygraph.
