Senior Strategy Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate highâstakes crossâfunctional strategy discussions alignment sessions and leadership workshops.
  Bridge topâdown corporate strategy with bottomâup operational planning guiding leaders through tradeoffs and dependencies.
  Own and evolve enterprise strategy artifacts objectives maps measures and roadmaps.
  Integrate departmental strategies to reveal misalignments competing priorities and enterpriseâwide dependencies.
  Lead seniorâlevel strategic analysis of internal drivers external trends risks and industry changes.
  Deliver executiveâready strategic narratives that simplify complexity and clarify enterprise decisions.
  Serve as a trusted advisor to businessâarea leaders framing choices interpreting performance and identifying enterpriseâlevel implications.
  Manage and mature the enterprise strategyâmanagement cadence improving decision flow and integration.
  Strengthen performance measures and STI metrics linking outcomes to strategic priorities.
  Provide strategic support for crossâcutting initiatives such as AI digital transformation and automation.

What we are looking for

• Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  1214 years of relevant experience including at least 8 years in organizational strategy transformation or change leadership.
  Strong analytical and advisory skills; ability to distinguish signal from noise and recommend pragmatic next steps.
  Experience developing aligned businessâarea plans and connecting them to enterprise strategy.
  Skilled at asking contextârich nuanced questions that reveal insights and enable better decisions.
  Ability to embed deeply with business units build trust and quickly understand operational realities.
  Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver executiveâlevel narratives.
  Experience with enterprise integration strategic roadâmapping and performance measurement.
  Energy industry experience preferred.

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $157000-$182000 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors including but not limited to location of the role individual competencies education/professional certifications and qualifications/experience.
