Job Summary
The ideal candidate has strong full-stack development experience hands-on expertise with Azure cloud services and the ability to translate business and mission requirements into robust technical solutions. This role will collaborate closely with developers architects data engineers product owners and government stakeholders in an Agile environment

Responsibilities
- Design develop test deploy and maintain full-stack web applications using modern development frameworks and Azure cloud technologies.
- Develop responsive user-friendly front-end applications using React Angular or similar JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
- Build scalable back-end services APIs and microservices using C# .NET/.NET Core Python or similar technologies.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and other services to support application and data integration requirements.
- Leverage Azure services such as Azure App Service Azure
- Functions Azure API Management Azure Storage Azure SQL Azure Cosmos DB Azure Service Bus and Azure Key Vault.
- Implement cloud-native application architectures using microservices serverless computing containers and event-driven patterns
- Develop and optimize database solutions using SQL Server Azure SQL PostgreSQL Cosmos DB or other relational and NoSQL technologies.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes using Azure DevOps GitHub Actions or similar tools.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning backlog refinement daily standups demos and retrospectives. Collaborate with technical architects and stakeholders to evaluate technical approaches and recommend solutions.
- Develop technical documentation architecture diagrams API documentation and deployment procedures.
- Support modernization efforts including migration of legacy applications to Azure cloud-native architectures.
- Ensure solutions comply with applicable federal security privacy accessibility and data management requirements.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 5 years of professional software development experience with significant experience in full-stack application development.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) and/ or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
- Hands-on experience developing applications in Microsoft Azure.
- Strong experience with at least one modern front-end framework such as React Angular or .
- Strong back-end development experience with C#/.NET Python or similar technologies.
- Experience designing and developing REST APIs and web services.
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript and/or TypeScript HTML and CSS.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL. Experience with Git and modern source-control practices. Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle application architecture testing and deployment practices. Ability to obtain and maintain the appropriate level of U.S. federal government security clearance or suitability if required by the program.
