What You Will Do

• Design and implement scalable web applications using Go and React to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features that improve airfield operations.
• Optimize application performance and scalability by analyzing and addressing bottlenecks.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain APIs to support various functionalities and integrations within the platform.
• Monitor and troubleshoot application issues ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the system aligning with best practices and industry standards.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 47 years of experience in full-stack software development with a strong focus on Go and React.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining complex web applications in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices including version control and agile methodologies.

Preferred

• Experience in the transportation or logistics sector particularly with applications involving AI or robotics.
• Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies to enhance application scalability.
• Knowledge of database technologies and data modeling techniques.

Compensation and Benefits
