Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer to drive the development of high-quality software solutions. As a key technical leader you will design implement and oversee critical systems while mentoring a team of developers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable secure and efficient applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture development and deployment of software solutions.

• Mentor and guide software engineers conducting code reviews and providing technical direction.

• Collaborate with product managers designers and stakeholders to define requirements.

• Ensure software performance scalability security and maintainability.

• Drive best practices in coding testing and Agile methodologies.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and advocate for their adoption when relevant.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field. Masters preferred

• 5 years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Proficiency inJava and modern frameworks.

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS Azure or Google Cloud).

• Experience with microservices REST APIs and database technologies.

• Excellent problem-solving communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with front-end technologies (React Angular).

• Knowledge of AI/ML blockchain or IoT is a plus.

• Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in tech communities.
